Meal out with the family this evening. A little apprehensive going to a bbq night as the token veggie of the group. But OMG this was divine. All my favourite things; mac and cheese, halloumi, sweet potato fries and a veggie burger that actually had moisture to it! Even the carnivores of the group enjoyed a sample of my ‘plate’! The kids plate was perfectly portioned for their size and age. Let’s not even start on the puddings…. good work guys!
