Our delicious products are delivered smoked, cooked, and cooled. We butcher and prepare the meat on Monday & Tuesday, smoke overnight & through Wednesdays, Then Thursday. Once chilled, it’s ready to be packed and delivered to you Friday. NATIONWIDE

All you have to do is re-heat it as per instructions – into the oven as delivered, either wrapped in greaseproof paper or in foil boxes, at 180C for 25 min – 1 hour.
We recommend 300 grams of meat per person. However, those with a healthy appetite may well eat much more.
All the quoted weights are cooked/smoked weights. All of our meat products are gluten free and can be refrigerated for 4 days from the date of the delivery. You can also choose to freeze them if you wish.
