Every joint is carefully butchered in-house and coated in our own handcrafted dry rubs — blends designed not only to season but to protect the meat during long smoking sessions.

We smoke our meats low and slow for up to 24 hours over hickory and fruit woods, building deep bark, rich smoke rings and proper BBQ flavour.

At the heart of our smokehouse sits our multi-award-winning Cookshack 'Fast Eddy' smokers, imported from Oklahoma, USA — the spiritual home of real American barbecue. It’s built for authenticity, consistency and serious smoke.

How Our BBQ Delivery Works

We keep things fresh and precise:

  • Monday & Tuesday – We butcher and prepare all meat in-house, then begin ‘The Smoke’ (overnight)
  • Wednesday – Everything is slow-smoked to perfection.
  • Thursday – We chill and carefully pack your order ready to Ship.
  • Friday – Your BBQ is delivered nationwide. Ready for a Weekend Feast.

Your food arrives fully cooked, smoked and cooled — ready for you to reheat and enjoy.

Carefully Packed for Freshness

We use Woolcool insulation and ice packs to keep your order perfectly chilled for up to 48 hours from dispatch. Your BBQ arrives in prime condition, wherever you are in the UK.

Simple Reheating

No stress. No guesswork.

Reheat in the oven exactly as delivered — either wrapped in greaseproof paper or in our foil trays — at 180°C for 25 minutes to 1 hour, depending on product & portion size.

Portion Guide

We recommend 300g of meat per person.

That said, if you’ve got a proper BBQ appetite, you may want to allow a little extra.

All quoted weights are cooked (smoked) weights, so what you order is what you enjoy.

  • Everything on the menu is gluten-free – with the exception of ‘naked dog (sausages), Mac N Cheese & Brioche Rolls
  • Minimum use-by date is 4 days from delivery; normally longer for vacuum-sealed meats.
  • Suitable for freezing if you’d like to save some for later *ribs can dry a little if frozen for too long *but not the coleslaw
