Our delicious products are delivered smoked, cooked, and cooled. We butcher and prepare the meat on Tuesdays, then smoke it overnight Wednesdays into Thursday. Once chilled, it’s ready to be packed and delivered to you on Friday.
All you have to do is re-heat it as per instructions – into the oven as delivered, either wrapped in greaseproof paper or in foil boxes, at 180C for 25 min – 1 hour.
We recommend 300 grams of meat per person. However, those with a healthy appetite may well eat much more.
All the quoted weights are cooked/smoked weights. All of our meat products are gluten free and can be refrigerated for 4 days from the date of the delivery. You can also choose to freeze them if you wish.
Our BBQ delivery is nationwide so don't hesitate to place your orders! We specialise in slow smoked amazingness including beef brisket, whole chicken as well BBQ pork ribs.
