As a farming family rooted in tradition for many generations, we believe in the value of traditionally reared and butchered British meat. This philosophy is showcased in our restaurant menus, including Sundays (est 2004) and our popular BBQ Nights (est 2016), which feature our unique take on traditional American BBQ recipes and techniques, using locally sourced produce.
Since May 2020, we've expanded our offerings with delivered meal boxes that are ready to go each month. Additionally, from January 2021, we’ve provided a more comprehensive menu through third-party retailers. Now, our main products, including our delicious smoked meats, are available weekly, delivered straight to your door (just click shop now).
We take special care in our butchery and in crafting homemade dry rubs that season and protect our meats for smoking low and slow (for up to 24 hours) over hickory and fruit wood in our multi-award-winning Cookshack smoker, imported from the heart of real BBQ - Oklahoma, USA. With all the hard work and long smoking completed, all you need to do is heat them up (oven instructions provided, or you can freestyle on your barbecue).
